  • Buying new vs. used, Td5 home servicing and best first mods for greenlaning
    May 7 2025

In this week's episode it's a return to normality as LRM's Steve Miller joins editor Martin Domoney for a good old catch up on what they've been up to on and with their Land Rovers.

There's an exciting update on the relationship advice that the pair gave a couple of episodes ago – a point of view from the other side of the relationship. Martin and Steve share their other halves' points of view on Land Rovers and how their view of the world of Land Rovers has changed.

The boys answer a listener's question on how to best prepare a Discovery 1 for light off-roading, and point out some of the less essential 'upgrades' that seem the norm now.

Martin expresses a desire to buy a Land Rover from a dealership, and Steve recounts his experience of using a car supermarket – not something he is keen to repeat.

  • Eddie Priscott talks Terrafirma, off-roading, winch challenges and bargain Range Rovers
    Apr 9 2025

In this episode, Land Rover Monthly's Martin Domoney and Steve Miller are on the road again – and this time they're in Oxfordshire to see Eddie Priscott at AllMakes and Terrafirma.

He talks about how his obsession with off-road driving first started with Jeeps, and how that affliction still sticks with him today. We take a trip down memory lane to the golden era of off-roading, and Eddie answers a couple of listeners' questions – including why the Range Rover L405 is the latest bargain of the range. He also answers that burning question – just which way around do the washers go on rear shock absorbers?
