In 2020, Maria escaped a 20 year abusive relationship that ended in horror. Traumatized and with her life shattered, she recognised it as a rebirth and consciously set out on a very painful and very beautiful healing path.

Maria went from daily panic attacks, substance abuse, and coping with triggers, flashbacks and complicated grief to living a sacred life of practices and ways of being that honour her body, mind and soul. Maria recreated a life she is in love with, and now experiences levels of peace, love, joy and freedom she never knew possible, all from the willingness to do the deep work.

Maria offers individual healing sessions, where she uses a blend of coaching, aura reading, intuitive guidance and energy healing. She leads a monthly women's circle called 'The Re-awakening Circle with Maria' and is available for writing and speaking opportunities.
