About this listen
After my two-year relationship ended in 2022, I was heartbroken. Not only was I grieving the loss of that relationship and the future I’d imagined, but I was also faced with the reality that I was newly single at 30 while most of my friends were married or in long-term relationships. In this episode, I speak vulnerably about how I coped with the five stages of grief, the steps I took to find myself again and the lessons I learned from that relationship– all of which helped me find healing, hope and happiness.
