We talk about the emotionally volatile times we are in, and how to move through that as we heal our traumas, triggers, and wounds - and the importance of emotional self-regulation, exposing ourselves to different ideas despite the proliferation of echo chambers.

    We also discuss masculine/feminine energy and polarity between the two! We touch on feminine energy in the tarot, and Dr Z shares some advice for any women who are currently struggling in love.
