I’m watching every one of his movies and discussing them — with help from a bunch of funny, interesting, knowledgeable, and occasionally strange people. In this episode, we turn to Legend (1985). Tom Cruise is working with another visionary director and starring alongside Mia Sara and Tim Curry (and, of course, Tom Cruise himself).     The quest for the Tom Cruise cake rides again! Episode 6—can you believe it? Because I can’t. Thanks to everyone who’s listened to the previous episodes. But here’s the quick pitch: I’ve made it my mission in life to get a cake from Tom Cruise. How? By making the greatest Tom Cruise podcast ever. I’m going to watch every one of his movies and discuss them—with help from a bunch of funny, interesting, knowledgeable, and sometimes strange people. This episode, we turn to 1983’s All The Right Moves. Tom Cruise has top billing again, starring alongside Lea Thompson, Craig T. Nelson, and Chris Penn (and, of course, Tom Cruise himself). To help me break down and discuss All The Right Moves, I brought in Kobi Omenaka from the Flixwatcher Podcast. Turns out, Kobi is one of the few people who’s actually seen this film (well, about 30 years ago), which is really helpful when trying to talk about it.     The quest for the Tom Cruise cake hits another gear! Can you believe it we have made it to episode 5! (listen to eps 1-4 for the; who, what, when and why?) I have made it my aim in life to get a cake from Tom Cruise and the way I'm doing that is by making the greatest Tom Cruise podcast ever. I am going to watch every one of his movies and then discuss them with help from a bunch of funny/interesting/knowledgeable/strange people. This episode we move onto 1983's 'Risky Business. This movie Tom Cruise has top billing. It starred Rebecca De Mornay, Joe Pantoliano, Bronson Pinchot and Curtis Armstrong. To help me breakdown and discuss Risky Business I had to call in yet another favour. I reached out to Russell Bailey from the supreme Not Just For Kids Podcast. I reached out to Russ because this film feels like it should have been a film you watch when you are younger?
