On the topic of what defines a good career, today Amanda has talked to Olof who has had a 20+ year long career at the same bank. He speaks about starting out his career in consulting, and keeping a consultant mindset even when he was employed. How he evaluated his opportunities outside of the bank on a three to four year basis, or whenever he would round off a project. He also shares his views on changing jobs often from the perspective of his experience as a hiring manager, and why organizational changes lead to new career opportunities in the same workplace.
