    Rachel Drake is our featured guest on our "welcome back" episode of the Fit Point Podcast.

    Rachel is an accomplished trail runner, originally from White Bear Lake, Minnesota. She now lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and their son Lew.

    Rachel also has a Ph.D. and is in her third year of medical school (internal medicine) at Oregon Health & Science University. She finished second overall in the 2020 Golden Trail Series World Championships among her many accolades. We’re will figure out how she does it all in this episode!
