About this listen

This podcast is all about being your authentic self, living your life with purpose, and taking a chance on things you’ve always wanted to try. I started this podcast to give you what I wish I had a few years ago when I felt stuck, like I was checking all the boxes and getting nowhere in my life. I want to be that for you - someone in your corner believing that “yes, you fucking can”, reminding you there’s nothing wrong with you, and rooting for you to achieve whatever you decide success looks like for you.The F.I.E.R.C.E. • Rest Is Not Lazy: How Intentional Self-Care Fuels Creative Entrepreneurs
    Aug 6 2025

In this episode, I’m sharing my personal journey of shifting from constant hustle to intentionally embracing rest and self-care. I talk about how “romanticizing rest” became a key part of my Fierce Framework, and how treating rest as something sacred has changed the way I show up in both life and business.

I know that rest isn’t always accessible or easy, so I’m also naming the privilege that can come with having more spaciousness. But I truly believe that rest, in whatever form you can access, is powerful. Especially for entrepreneurs like us who are constantly pouring our energy into others.

If you’ve been feeling like you need permission to slow down or make rest a priority, this episode is for you. I’m also sharing a few ways to make rest feel more intentional, cozy, and supportive in your everyday life. And if you’re curious about working together, I’ve got details about my free mini coaching sessions too.

    • Rest is not the opposite of productivity. When done intentionally, rest can boost your clarity, creativity, and ability to show up fully in your work.

    • "Romanticizing" rest makes it feel more sacred and special. Think cozy coffee rituals, reading with candles, or intentional time outside. Romanticizing doesn’t have to be fancy to be effective.

    • Entrepreneurs often burn out by pouring all their energy into others. Recharging is actually a crucial part of your job when you're building a purpose-driven business.

    • Rest doesn’t have to feel natural right away. Like any practice, creating restful routines takes intention, experimentation, and time.

    • You don’t have to “earn” your rest. Worthiness is not tied to productivity. You are allowed to rest simply because you’re human.

    • Self-care is a process, not a one-off event. Whether it’s hammocking in a park or lighting a candle during your morning coffee, small moments add up.

  • 72. You’re Not Too Much: Embracing Your Needs as an ADHD Entrepreneur
    Jul 23 2025

If you’ve ever felt like your needs are “too much” or kept changing for “no reason,” you’re not alone. I’m sharing some real talk about what it means to accept your ever-changing needs (without guilt), how I’ve learned to ask for help, and why building a business that fits you is so powerful, especially when you’re neurodivergent.

I talk about how our needs shift, why that’s not a problem, and how trying to power through usually just makes things worse. I’m also sharing some of the tools and practices that have helped me (not because I’ve got it all figured out, but because I’m in it with you!)

We’ll talk about self-care (that doesn’t always feel good right away), asking for help (yes, even with laundry), and why building a business your way is a whole lot easier when you stop trying to be someone you’re not.

Let this episode be your reminder that your needs are valid, you don’t have to do it all alone, and that one of the beautiful things about being an entrepreneur is building a business that fits you.

    Takeaways:

    • Having needs doesn’t mean you’re needy, it means you’re human. Changing your mind or your routines doesn’t mean you’re flaky, it means you’re paying attention

    • Accepting help is a strength, not a failure. Outsourcing everyday tasks can free up brain space for creativity. “Doing less” is strategic, not lazy.

    • If you’re an ADHDer struggling with the guilt of needing things others don’t seem to struggle with, you’re not alone!

  • 71. Embracing Progress: Self-Acceptance, Small Wins & Routines That Actually Work
    Jul 9 2025

If you’re feeling behind and overwhelmed, you’re not alone. In this episode, I talk about what it really means to make progress, especially when you're navigating entrepreneurship with ADHD. I use a rock climbing analogy (trust me, it works) to explain how we can meet ourselves where we are, instead of beating ourselves up over where we “should” be..

I also share some honest updates about where I’m at, why I’ve been a little off my routine, and what I’ve learned from showing up anyway. We talk about finding routines that actually work for your brain, letting go of advice that doesn’t fit, and why even the tiniest step forward still counts.

Every little step matters. It’s all progress.

    Takeaways:

    • Why you have to accept where you are in order to take the next step

    • What to do when routines don’t stick (you’re not broken)

    • Why your voice matters, even if you’re not saying anything new

    • Real talk about staying consistent when things don’t go as planned
