 Specifically within the startup culture, stats are indicating an alarming mental health care crisis… Pro longed pressures, stress and more no’s than yes’s often lead to a burnout we could’ve prevented. I want to acknowledge the severity of burnout in this epi. I’ve hit rock BOTTOM several times BECAUSE of burnout. I’ve also acknowledged that by accepting I am STRONG for receiving help, I can become the most powerful voice within this field. a healing element resides within telling a story, and my story feels cathartic to tell.
