Our forth movie, Mad God, is our most divisive yet. Not only do we discuss our different takes on the film, but we also touch on advent calendars, our favorite weird little creatures of Mad God, and last but certainly not least, our plan to get tased for the podcast.

For our third episode, we take on Cure, Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s terrifying masterpiece. Some of the many topics we discuss include the film’s unexpected resemblance to Hausu, the reason why Justin might have to get a face tattoo of Ben Affleck, and whether or not Cure has Easter eggs.

In our second episode, the fellas take on The Red Shoes, the heartbreakingly beautiful film by Powell & Pressburger. We also talk about redhead representation, whether or not The Red Shoes can be interpreted as a horror movie, and how the film broke Martin Scorsese’s heart.

The fellas dive into the surreal world of Luis Bunuel’s The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie for our inaugural episode. Along the way, we discuss the least erotic sex scene ever put to film, the coolest way to get tortured to death, and the practicality of using a cello as a weapon.
