About this listen
On April 15, 1846, a large wagon train of many wealthy families set out from Springfield, Illinois on an over 2,000 mile journey to acquire more wealth and so-called "free land" in California. On July 20, 1846, 74 people separated from the main group and decided to take the "Hasting's shortcut." This group, known as the Donner Party, would suffer innumerable difficulties because of this choice, which ultimately led them to being snowbound and resorting to cannibalism to survive. By spring 1847, most would be dead. What happened? Let's see what the astrology has to say.
