The Iowa State football team has landed four players from the transfer portal who should be immediate contributors on both offense and defense, especially since next year's team will lack playmakers Darien Porter, Jaylin Noel, and Jayden Higgins. Cyclone men's basketball had a relatively quiet week and will have one more week of relative quiet before things heat up in conference play with a trip to Colorado. The women's team, on the other hand, does not get to wait for the Big 12 gauntlet, starting their slate of league games tomorrow against Oklahoma State. Iowa State wrestling will be competing in three duals tomorrow, against Lock Haven, North Carolina, and Ohio State. Projections have the Cyclones coming out of the weekend 2-1, but there is room for things to get a little bit rougher thanks to the injury bug.
