About this listen

Subconscious healing, nervous system regulation, and faith-based recovery for Christian women.
If you feel stuck in emotional cycles, toxic relationships, or spiritual burnout — even after prayer, therapy, or mindset work — this podcast is your safe place to heal, grow, and reconnect with the woman God created you to be.

I'm Erin Jean — Rapid Rewire Practitioner, certified hypnotherapist, breathwork facilitator, and mama of three. After surviving emotional and sexual abuse, years of struggle in my marriage, and the heavy toll of unresolved trauma, I hit a breaking point. But I didn’t stay there.

With God’s guidance and the right healing tools, I rewired my nervous system, reclaimed my worth, and restored my marriage. Now I help other women do the same — bringing healing to their minds, relationships, and spirits through a faith-based, neuroscience-backed approach.

Inside the show, you’ll find tools, stories, and conversations that help you release what’s holding you back — and gently return to peace. Expect spiritual insight, subconscious work, nervous system support, breathwork, and real talk from someone who’s walked through the fire and found God’s healing on the other side.

  • Why “Biblical” Marriage Advice Isn’t Working — and What God Wants to Heal First
    Feb 14 2026

    Hey sweet friend,

This one’s tender… and maybe a little bold.

Today I’m talking about why so much “biblical” marriage advice isn’t actually helping women like us — and what God really wants to heal first.

If you’ve ever felt like you’ve done everything right — prayed harder, submitted, surrendered, stayed faithful — and your marriage still hurts… This episode is for you.

I’m sharing the phrases I heard from the church that left me feeling more broken than seen. I’m gently unpacking how trauma and nervous system survival make “just obey” advice feel impossible. And I’m reminding you that God doesn’t want your performance — He wants your restoration.

You don’t have to keep suffering silently. There’s another way to heal. And it starts with your heart.

💌 If you’re ready to go deeper, join the waitlist for Peaceful Metamorphosis — my 12-week Christ-centered journey for women who want to stay married… but can’t keep doing it this way.

  • EP 83 // The 2 Marriage Lies Keeping Christian Women Stuck in Silent Suffering
    Jan 31 2026

    Hey sweet friend,

This one’s tender. And maybe a little disruptive — in the best kind of way.

If you’ve been doing all the things to save your marriage… praying, reading books, submitting, showing up again and again… and it still hurts?

    This episode is for you.

I’m breaking open two common lies Christian women are told about marriage that actually keep us stuck in silent suffering — and sharing the moment everything shifted for me.

You’ll hear: • The words God whispered to me on the bathroom floor that changed everything • Why healing your marriage doesn’t start with “trying harder” • And what actually begins to shift when you stop trying to fix him — and start letting God heal you

✨ If this speaks to you, the waitlist for Peaceful Metamorphosis is open now. We begin soon, and it’s going to be sacred.

  • EP 82 // The Path Back to Inner Peace for Educators: A Conversation with Camille Scow
    Jan 17 2026

Hey Sweet Friends! Today’s conversation is such a special one. I’m sitting down with Camille Scow—a former classroom teacher turned life coach and the host of The Connected Teacher podcast—and she shares her story with so much honesty and heart. Camille opens up about her own struggle inside the classroom, a season that dropped her into a place of deep shame and self-doubt, and how heavy that experience truly was.

What I love most is that the tools Camille now teaches educators are the very same ones she used to guide herself out of that dark place and back into inner peace. We talk about trauma, self-compassion, nervous system awareness, and what it really looks like to support teachers as whole humans—not just professionals.

If you’re an educator, or someone who cares deeply about teachers, this episode is a gentle reminder that healing is possible, clarity can return, and inner peace is not out of reach—even after hard seasons.
