Kenneth McDuff was a serial killer who was convicted of murdering various people in 1966. He abducted and raped a 16-year-old girl named Edna Sullivan before breaking her neck using a broomstick. He was also convicted of murdering the teenager's boyfriend, Robert Brand, and her cousin, Mark Dunnam.
