Today, we hear from Andrew from Rochester, Minnesota, who writes I’m sure there are plenty of listeners writing about the chaos in my home state, so I wanted to ask a couple of different questions. So, we have the Board of Peace. Oh, boy, what a motley crew. Do you think they will have any impact, or do you see this board as a billion dollars poorly spent, and they will be ignored? Now I see that Rubio is threatening to use force if the new Venezuelan government doesn’t behave. So much for the Peace President. Trump is threatening Canada with additional tariffs if it trades with China. Does he really think he’s the President of Canada as well and interim President of Venezuela? What’s next? The EU and India have reached a major deal, and the US is on the outside looking in. Do you think Trump might make more threats regarding this alliance? And finally, Mark Rutte, a former Dutch PM and the current Secretary General of NATO, says Europe cannot go it alone in defending itself. I found this statement rather disturbing. Is NATO beginning to crumble? What might the aftermath actually look like?
