About this listen

Let’s talk about recognizing and dealing with narcissistic abuse in a toxic, dysfunctional family environment. Whether you are experiencing it, learning about it, surviving it or attempting to heal from it, you’ve come to the right place. I am a Survivor of Narcissistic Abuse. I grew up with an emotionally abusive narcissistic mother. I’ve created this podcast with the intention of letting other narcissistic abuse victims out there know that you are not alone! You didn’t imagine it! What happened to you is absolutely a form of abuse and no, it’s not your fault! I hope by sharing my experiences and the knowledge I have gained on my current journey towards recovery and healing that I may in turn help others through their struggles.
