About this listen

Felix Kahbran Donés is a Bronx, New York native. At an early age his passion for the arts led him to writing and performing music in middle school and by his early twenties he was already an accomplished Hip-Hop artist featured on two compilation albums, Behind the Doors of The Thirteenth Floor and Game Over. The albums featured legends of the Hip-Hop genre, KRS-One, Smif-N-Wessun, MC Shan and Eminem just to name a few. After noticing the sudden change in the music he loved he decided to regroup and transition to a different form of art, filmmaking. His natural talent for screenwriting and acting were evident when he won the best actor award at the Trinity film festival for the short film Fixated of which he produced, wrote and starred in. He is now currently in talks with several independent networks to find a home for his cable television show called CAPER. The pilot episode for this suspenseful urban thriller was produced by Lionz and Lambz and it was created and written by him. In addition to film, Felix is a powerful and inspired speaker who has written his first book, a memoir titled A Cloud Full of Smoke. A riveting story of his traumatic youth and the challenges of being raised by two drug addicted parents in the South Bronx, of New York. Felix is also a raw and gifted photographer, his photography captures the untold stories of the often disregarded faces and voices of humanity. Now Felix is venturing into the world of broadcast journalism with his amazing new show The Birthplace Podcast. The show has been gaining a lot of positive momentum and it’s conveniently available on all major streaming platforms. Felix was quoted as saying, “his greatest accomplishment up to date is serving God at an age where God seems to be forgotten. “God is the wellspring of my love, faith and creativity, without Him I am nothing but an empty vessel incapable of contributing anything to society worth noting. The man is extremely talented yet divinely humble, we look forward to what the future holds for this anointed artist and creator.Felix Kahbran Donés Social Sciences Spirituality
