On 4 October 1960 the Beatles moved from Indra to the Kaiserkeller, due to protests over the loud noise with the consequent intervention of the police. Both the locals were owned by the same owner and were located on the Grosse Freiheit, one side of the Reeperbahn in Hamburg. They interpreted the songs of the American rockers who made the history of rock and roll, they sang the hits of the legendary Chuck Berry, Little Richard, Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly, Gene Vincent, Eddie Cochran.
