  • your life calling & it’s asking where you are
    Mar 2 2026

where are you? are you here? are you present? are you listening?

plant your feet on the ground, look around, & listen up. this message is one that I feel my angels have been showing me for a while now, one that God has placed on my heart to share. in this episode, I really am speaking to myself — I wanted to look back on this whenever I needed this reminder. if you are here, then I hope it serves as that reminder for you too. this is a very prescious moment you’re in, use it wisely, & thanks for spending it with me — I am honored.

we think we have time, we think we’ll get to it, we think our dream life is waiting for us to arrive. but the truth is, nothing is awaiting if you are not creating. as my dad would say, “every day is a gift & the quality of your life is your gift to yourself.” your dream life will only come if you seize the moment you are in while remaining in gratitude for the moment too. we can be so fixed on what the future holds that we forget what we’re doing in the present not only shapes the future, but is the only moment we have to do what it is we truly desire.

my biggest fear lately is the idea that I’ll wake up when I am 80 years old & look back with a whole lot of “what if’s.” that I’ll have more regrets of what I didn’t do, than what I did. that I’ll have valued the opinions of others more than my own. that I will have lived a life going through the motions, instead of appreciating each one & using it to it’s fullest capacity.

therefore, I used this episode to talk about that fear & to remind myself (& now you) what the hell to do about it.

be here, now. take the risk, now. try the thing, now. be yourself, now.

    if not, then what?

  • why do bad things happen to good people?
    Feb 16 2026

spoiler alert — the answer may lead to more questions. this is a question I’ve heard & asked countless times in my life. it wasn’t until I started to explore the concept of duality that I found an answer. I am not saying my answer is THEE answer, I am simply saying it a potential answer. the thing is, even duality & the concept of it I break down & question too.

but, in a weird, scientific, & unintentional way — this turned into a hopecore episode???

listen to learn & unlearn what you know about how life works, the laws of the universe, & what your future may hold. another spoiler alert — your future is bright.

  • i missed you
    Feb 2 2026

hi my loves, welcome back — oh how I missed you! the break was much needed, it gave me some time so slow down, to think, to realign myself, season two will be a product of that.

going into this season, i want to change things up a little. because if you are changing, you are not growing. I feel like i’ve been on a journey back to myself over the past few years. this season will be dedicated to finding & understanding my most authentic self. a journey that every single one of us is on, but not one everyone acheieves. the answer to “who am I?” I want to share what I’ve learned on my journey to answer that & hope that in doing so, it helps you find your way to that answer too.

this season will be a layer deeper.

& the depths that I want to go to will challenge me & they will challenge you.

so by pressing play, you’re committing to going on that journey, together.

can’t wait to see what’s in store for us, because your guess is as good as mine.

I promise to show up honestly, if you show up conciously. <3

thank you, as always, for being here.

    p.s.

there’s also a really fun series I am going to roll out, eeek! stay tuned!
