About this listen
I had the honor to have a discussion with the renowned Economist Mark Thornton of the Ludwig von Mises Institute on the Austrian View of Economics. Earning a Ph.D from Auburn University, Mr. Thornton has been actively involved in the public debate over economic theory over the past several decades. In Part 1, we discuss the basics of Austrian Economics, including it's view on inflation, price determination, supply and demand, government, and the '08 financial crisis. In Part 2, we discuss the role of government.
