    We call The Approach Shot the golf "flavored" podcast. Never has that description been more evident as it is in this episode with quarterback TERRY HANRATTY.

    Sure, we talk golf. We are, as mentioned a GOLF "flavored" show. But we also talk with Terry about finally being inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. And about the amazing coaches that shaped him. His friendship with Terry Bradshaw. His podcast. And yes, his battle with Stage 4 lung cancer, which he has every intention on beating.

    But, it's how he deals with cancer that is so incredible. He attacks it with humor and head-on and wishes others would do the same. Some would call him brave, others might call him an optimist. We call him our brother and our friend.

    This is a rare glimpse into the true heart of a champion, on and off the field.

An 11-time National Sports Media Association Sportscaster of the Year, Brad is also a member of the Texas Radio Hall of Fame and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame.

    He tells some great Cowboys stories, hilarious golf stories and we even surprise Brad with a special guest. It's one of the most entertaining episodes ever of The Approach Shot.
