FACT: Your wedding day is a twilight zone of time that seems to run so quickly, and also stand still both at the exact same time. Hear me out!
Things that take you mere minutes on a normal day will take much longer on your wedding day. For example: Using the bathroom (in a wedding dress) will take so much longer than when you're in your Lulu leggings. In fact, everything takes longer on your wedding day - from getting dressed, to taking "quick" photos of your details, family, dog, etc, to having dinner. Everything takes longer, and that's what the 30:5 rule is. What would normally take 5 min in everyday life will probably take about 30 min on your wedding day. I also like to call this: wedding day girl math. :)
