    Season 1 was recorded in lockdown. I decided to take some time to chat to some amazing women I know about their journey to womanhood. I have left it as quite a rough cut so it is the authentic conversation we had then.

    This is Sophie Marsh, She is our resident Creative Therapist for New World Women. She works with children and adults through her own private practice. Sophie is an International Writer, weaving therapeutic tools into inspirational stories.
