What started as an innocent Easter-egg chocolate mistake turned into newborn baby rats in my trunk during an 8-hour move from Santa Barbara to Davis, a crowd of strangers offering solutions, a pet snake plot-twist I still think about, and a smell I will never, EVER, forget.
