To all who choose to come on this journey with me thank you. This podcast is meant to be a love letter to myself and the journey I am on. Leaving my abuser was one of the hardest things I have ever done, I wake up every day challenging the mental and emotional scares he left me with. This podcast will be chaotic at times, but it will be a safe place for those suffering and for anyone wanting to listen.  So please follow and review, I'm glad to have you here.
