    May 2, 2013... a day that will live in infamy. Talkin' Slayer is back, to commemorate the 11th anniversary of Jeff Hanneman's untimely, shocking demise. One of the listeners asked if Jeff actively retreated from his dominant creative role in the band, following the disappointing reception of 1998's Diabolus in Musica. That's a good question. Keep in mind: In Slayer’s 1996 cover of 80s punk nugget “Superficial Love,” Tom changed an anti-Reagan line to “President Clinton can suck my motherf@ckin’ d!ck” — which he’s allowed to do. And while I’m defending his right to voice his opinions, let’s also be clear: I don’t agree. Which doesn’t matter.
