Croc-Blanc, de Jack London. En voilà un bon gros classique de la littérature américaine que je découvre à 25 ans.
Au détour de la 66ème page, une citation résonne en moi : « Maintenant que l’inconnu lui avait rendu sa liberté, il oublia ses craintes passées. »
La lecture de ce grand classique à cette période de ma vie tombe à pic. Il n’y a pas de hasard.
Ces 16 derniers mois au Canada m’ont rendus ma liberté.
