About this listen

From the perspective of generations that thought the shift from black to a white to a smart board was too fast, imagine what they'd call us after seeing well established careers skyrocket, crumble and then come back to surface just through the transition from Vine to TikTok. What they think of the amount of genders being more than they can count on all phalanges. ALL OF THEM Join Billy the wannabe Rogan as he explores his various connections to the "Worst Generation", through philosophical discussions with future game changers of the very world we live in. If philosophical discussion really meant extremely poor language with complete lack of social nuance or awareness. Come in with an open mind and no expectations and leave laughing at things you really shouldn't be laughing at, thus making you a worse person. Or maybe better, who knows. D'ya get me?Copyright 2023 Billy Yogathasan Performing Arts Stand-up Shows

  • Kancel Kulture Klan with Chef Neel ft Billy the Butcher
    Mar 2 2022

This episode looking like an instant add to the gym playlist, but we're still a podcast fellas. And thankfully so. Because we get to listen in on another future gamechanger of the world. In the form of another meddling kid here at TWG.

Older generation really do be sounding like Scooby Doo villains after getting caught. Gotta get with the times and keep up with the youth though. We're in the new world here baby.

I'm just giving you guys a heads up - this one's a cheeky. But it's worth it.

We've got Neel B today. A musician/Businessman that simply has had enough with the cancel culture vultures that are around. So we get into it.

We talk about the up and coming underdog of the medicinal world that is Mary Jane. Blessed to have a casual businessman of an Australian based CBD company BestBudz here - even sharing how his first conversation about bud with his parents went. It's nice knowing that getting caught is a universal experience.

I'm realising I'm not just being shown the ropes by my elders or batchmates at this point. This guy has already used his 9-5 experience to not only figure out he'd prefer using his time doing something he enjoys; but has also used the knowledge he gained over those years to aid his business that'll change the world. That's a lot man.

This is another special episode. I mean they all are. This one's just got a different treat served up for you at the end. Let's just say Chef was cheffing and Butcher...was doing his job.

  • Can Anyone be Photogenic w/ Neha
    Jan 31 2022

Something's in the air guys. And I'm not talking about raging airborne transmittable viruses. I'm seeing more creatives doing their thing. It's definitely getting me feeling all types of symptoms. More ambitious seeing social media getting filled with new creations and ventures. More overwhelmed because maybe I didn't do enough internal work despite being inside for many lockdowns. And more excited for all the new guests to come through with this season of TWG. Got me sweating and everything. Wait...lemme actually RAT real quick.

First episode back is with full-time entrepeneur/photographeur Neha. Recorded when we thought the world had seen the end of Delta. TWG back like the plague. Or virus.

And unlike some Tree Planting social media trends, we aim to stay and not scam you.

This ep was great, and should help you further understand what we want in guests at TWG. Someone who's tried the traditional route, and realised...nah not for me. And more importantly, someone who can understand that this man's ignorance, comes from a place of curiosity.

Because if I asked you "if Everyone should be in front of a camera?" how would you react?

Suss out Neha's work and how to get in touch to sort out your next dp's at: https://saisha.photography/

  • Even After Two Years - Season 2 Finale
    Dec 5 2021

Oh baby. Really squeezing the concepts here. Having a season finale and all just to gimme a wake up slap. But it ain't all that. It's just I've never realised the business I've decided to take on. I am not a businessman. *cue the lyric*

Shaz, did put it perfectly though. Each of these "seasons" has led to some form of improvement. First season was relatively simple with the audio only. Second season we took on further responsibility with the video. And then you want me being consistent??? Aiyo Zuckerberg, the algorithm too crazy man.

So for Season 3, it'll be consistent. I assure you that much. Whether you enjoy the consistency at first, it ain't up to me. Because if you're paying honey's online more than you're paying Netflix, then...you can support me for as much as a cold bevy a month and I can get you more episodes a month, howboutdat?

So for the Season 2 Finale, let's commemorate. Remember some of TWG's finest characters, on and off screen. Did we get more seasoned and professional, two years after that very first session in the garage? Did we talk about masturbation less? Did we reflect on some of those crude moments and not say things to further my demise?

All I know is I Did...learn how to bleep :)

    TWG SEASON 3 COMING SOON.

Follow, subscribe and all the good stuff so I don't have to say it in vids lol
