They find brief refuge in an abandoned library, where Emma manages to send a desperate call for help to Harper. There, Stan reveals a chilling truth: Marie and Homelander are the only surviving successes of Odessa, a secret program he once shut down—believing it had failed. While Sam struggles to reconnect with Emma—only for her to pull away—Stan starts unraveling a disturbing parallel between Cipher’s schemes and the work of Thomas Godolkin. Stan considers using Thomas as a weapon to challenge Homelander and reclaim control of Vought.Cipher’s true intentions come into focus: to purge Godolkin of all but the most powerful Supes, leaving only the elite standing.
