TLN MEL began taking an interest in music in his late teens. An original native from Illinois, Mel kept certain traditions that followed him as he migrated to the Deep South of Mississippi. His style in the music he likes, fashion trends, and culture transformed a new flavor once he found his new home. He created his own lane and built a reputation for hisself that can be seen as real, raw talent.
