「男爵いも」の生みの親・川田龍吉男爵の功績を伝えるミュージアムに、レストランとショップを併設した THE DANSHAKU LOUNGE。館内には男爵が輸入した農具や当時の暮らしが分かる展示、こだわりの商品が並ぶショップ、道内食材を使った料理が楽しめるレストランがそろいます。さらに、世界各国のポテトチップスが並ぶ「世界を旅するポテトチップス」コーナーも人気。七飯が誇る男爵いもを“次の世代へつなぐ”想いについて、支配人・斉藤将嗣さんに伺いました。
