About this listen

Two Actors, No Kids Podcast - You've heard of D.I.N.K. right? Dual Income, No Kids? Well, we're T.A.N.K. - Two Actors, No Kids; a comedy podcast where we talk about the delicate subject of going childless in today’s world. Two dudes with no kids talk life, love, and laughter.

Louis Jacques and Matthew Stuart Jackson are both actors, comedians, and hosts who are both married men with no children. Neither of them is the breadwinner in their respective marriages, so if they are not fathers or breadwinners, what does that leave them as men? Join these two as they "flip the script" on modern masculinity, and provide the male perspective of being childfree by choice.

Being an uncle is basically the best of both worlds - having meaningful relationships with children without the parental duties. In this episode, Louis and Matthew discuss the joys of being an uncle, as well as what having the title of "Uncle" (or, in Matthew's case, "Chuncle") means to them. Also, the word "avuncular" gets used multiple times, so that alone is worth the price of admission.

  • Parenthood: Is This My Calling?
    Jul 16 2025

Hosts Louis and Matthew discuss whether or not parenthood is a "calling." If it is, what happens if your phone never rings?

To help them parse through the complexities if this question, they bring on guest Sarah Jackson, a mother of two, a professor of Early Childhood Education at Millersville University, and, most importantly, Matthew's sister. She is incredibly insightful, wise, and hilarious, and no, Matthew was not required to say that (though she will kick him very hard in the shins if he doesn't).
