In today's episode we have a really sweet treat for you as we are joined by Tamara Keefe, the owner and operator of Clementine's Naughty and Nice Ice Cream which has become a HUGE staple in our local area. Having grown up in California, Tamara was notes that she's always had a huge love for ice cream and that when budgets were tight - her family would actually make their own. This became somewhat of a communal event as huge family dinners would see all members of their local area popping in and out to enjoy times with good desserts and better people. After establishing herself as a professional, she decided on a whim to leave her salaried career and cash out her 401k and open her own ice cream establishment right here in STL! Now with ten locations and lots of expansion on the way, Tamara's story inspires us not only as St. Louis natives but as business owners - serving as a reminder that great businesses don't just make money - they change lives!
