Cuantos negocios a juzgar pór el numero de personas que lo visitan, se piensa que es un caso de exito, en un breve visita tal vez nos demos cuenta que tiene inventario suficiente, que existe un movimiento comercial muy aceptable, visitas de proveedores se tienen y al parecer el numero de colaboradores continua creciendo, esto pudiera evidenciar que el negocio va “viento en popa” sin embargo, ya en conversación privada con el gerente, este devela que el negocio esta por entrar en crisis, asi es, esto sorprende y uno se pregunta ¿que paso?
