Hey Y’all! Welcome to the Sweet Tea + Jesus podcast. Hosted by Kelsey Hamrick and Tara McAdam. We are two sisters who desire to grow in love for Jesus and want to ask you to join us on that journey. In whatever season of life you’re in, you are not alone. We want to come alongside you with challenges, laughter, tears, prayers, and eternal hope. We are learning too! We hope this podcast encourages, equips, and strengthens you in your faith with the everlasting truth of the gospel. No matter if you’re on your way to work, folding the tenth load of laundry, or drinking a glass of sweet tea, we pray you are strengthened and filled with joy by these biblical truths today.

    When you feel that knot in your stomach—whether it’s shame, fear, or anxiety—you can ask yourself:

    • What am I believing right now? About God, about myself, about my salvation? Write it down!
    • What does Scripture say? How has God revealed himself to us? What has he said is our identity? What does it say about how he is working in us? Again, write it down.
    • How can walking according to this truth relieve me of my shame, fear, and anxiety?
