 We often talk about dumb government rules and regulations and tonight will be no different. Chris Bank has been battling with the city of St. Peters, MO over the most hideous of crimes, growing too many sunflowers in his yard. Yes, Chris has had the audacity of attempting to brighten the days of others around him by growing a number of sunflowers in his yard, and by doing so has drawn the ire of the central planners of that town. It's something so dumb it's hard to believe it's happening. Unfortunately, this is not a joke.
