About this listen
Practicing yoga reminds Kim Stevenson to notice all the wonderful things in her life. She loves studying this amazing body-vehicle we get to inhabit for a while, and yoga philosophy offers more wisdom than she can possibly use in one lifetime. Teaching Iyengar yoga for almost 20 years has been such a fun way to share these subjects with others. Currently, Kim is most excited about sharing yoga wisdom through the Patanjali Place: Adventures in Yoga Philosophy children’s book series and YogaYama kids programs.
Kim's Tips:
- Keep taking the best next step possible.
- Let go of expectations.
- Keep moving forward!!
