Welcome to Strength thru love and fitness: the podcast. I created this podcast as a way to discuss the issues that truly affect each and everyone within the fitness industry. When I say the issues, I’m not referring to diets, how much we bench or what we look like on the gram. But real issues like Inclusion, Equity and Diversity in the fitness industry, wether that is at a globo gym, yoga studio or a crossfit gym. With STL&F, I plan to interview everyday people, athletes, coaches, gym owners, academics, organizations and politicians to name a few, who have been fighting to make fitness safe, accessible for all. We understand that there will be opposing opinions and that is okay.
