On January 31, 2013, 21 year old Elisa Lam went missing. When strange elevator footage was released to the public, theories about her disappearance ran wild. After her body was discovered in an 8 foot water tank on top of the Cecil Hotel, even more questions began to arise. How did she get there? Was she murdered? How long had she been there?
