 What started out as a true crime podcast has quickly become something more.

We'll still be covering the worst of cases, we'll still be sharing content to support the survivors and we'll still support our favourite true crime podcasts.

However we are now bringing you other people's true life stories, not told by me or Ellen, but told by the survivors themselves.

My father killed my mother in 1993 - I was ten.

I'm the author of Tracie's Story, Checkmate and a bunch of others. More importantly I'm a father, a husband and a survivor.

I'm here to share the real stories, true life events from someone who's unfortunately seen a few things but fortunate enough to have come out the other side stronger and better equipt.
