Unser Gespräch beginnt im Keller einer Villa in Gera. Dort hat die Pfarrer-Familie eine Werkstatt, um die Reparaturen am Haus selbst zu erledigen und dort bastelt Stefan schon als Kind mit Holz, baut Schwerter und Regale. Dass sich das auch beruflich niederschlagen würde oder inwieweit war lange unklar. Wir sprechen unter anderem über sein Tischler-Praktikum, seine Auszeit in Moskau, seine Lehre in Mittenwald. Geigenbau bleibt immer mehr Beruf als Berufung und Kunst seine wahre Leidenschaft. Ich besuche ihn in seinem Atelier in Schöneberg, unser Gespräch fand schon am 12. Juni statt.
