• Take a moment to reflect on how much God loves us. He gave us His only Son, welcomes us into His family through Baptism, and strengthens us through the Sacraments — especially Holy Communion.

• In the Eucharist, Jesus humbles Himself under the appearance of bread and wine, but we truly receive His Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. That’s how deeply He loves us.

• It’s okay to struggle with doubts about God and the Church. If you have doubts, spend time in Eucharistic Adoration, read and pray with John 6:22–58, talk to your parish priest, and go to Confession if you need it. Jesus is waiting for you with mercy and grace.
