His family alleges that daycare staff used forceful restraint methods such as applying pressure with their legs and covering him with a weighted blanket to compel him to sleep. Conrad was reportedly left unattended for hours before being discovered lifeless when his mother arrived to pick him up.

Back in December 2024, a tragic car crash in Lafourche Parish took the life of 78-year-old Herman Hall. Police accused Lacy of causing the crash after allegedly passing several cars in a no passing zone but his attorney released new video showing he may not have been the cause at all.
