  • Words Don't Have Power – Paul D. Lowe & Aimee Mosco
    Aug 6 2025
On this episode of the SoulScape Celebrations podcast, host Paul – D. Lowe, International Celebrant –talks to Aimee Mosco talk on the subject of words actually not having energy or power, contrary to what we’ve been told for so long. KEY TAKEAWAYS I believe the conversation beneath the conversation is where the impact really comes from. The words themselves are meaningless with out the intent behind them. We have to be so careful with our words because they convey things. If you’re in a heated moment and you say something, that’s coming from your unfavourable emotions, you don’t want to put that out there. The word is the exclamation point, the final step in the whole process. Make sure you think about what your true intention is and make sure that the words match the energy of your true intentions before you put them out there, BEST MOMENTS ‘Which comes first, is it the word or the energy underneath the word, and which creates the greater impact?’ ‘Go through the alphabet with someone and see which word comes up first for each letter, it will reflect where your world is at.’ ‘This is an important exercise: Choosing words that reflect what we want them to and will hopefully have some impact in the world.’ ABOUT THE GUEST Aimee Mosco is an author, intuitive channel and co-founder of Intentional Healing Systems, LLC. Over the course of 10 years, she developed a healing system called SACRED after mapping the components of the human energy field, based on channelled communications. • Living Is An Art: Loving Is The Legacy – Paul D. Lowe & Aimee Mosco
    Jul 30 2025
On this episode of the SoulScape podcast, host Paul – D. Lowe, the Soulful Change Strategist – talks to Aimee Mosco about a topic for a book they are creating that will be published later in 2025 called ‘Living is an Art: Loving is the Legacy’ and what this topic means to them. KEY TAKEAWAYS Assuming we’re all artists, which I think we are, if we put our artistry in a different context under the grand umbrella of creativity or creatorship, then we all get to be creators. We’re all here, in a body, living and breathing. That’s the foundation of everyone’s journey: We’re here to live. But, if you want to take the high road, loving and legacy become very meaningful and important, they become a compass for how we live. There’s a value scale to love. At the low end is selfish love – everyone has the need to love, that’s part of our divine lineage, we’re just wired that way. At the other end of the scale is selfless love, which is ultimately supporting greater good, supporting and being in service to others. But, when you’re in service to others you also recognise that you’re in service to yourself. We have this idea that we see on social media all the time; that we have to get through the hard stuff (our ‘shadow work’) to get to the good stuff. But, the way this book is laid out and the discussions we’ve had about it, I feel like if we reframe the shadow work to be the good stuff, we put ourselves in a different frame of mind as we live. The book feels very ‘new paradigm’. BEST MOMENTS ‘We’re all living, so we’re all artists'. ‘What loving means to me is, ultimately, service to all living beings'. 'I want to make sure I’m operating at the highest end of the value scale, whatever it is, whether it’s loving or cleaning my house!’ ‘You must love yourself before you can truly love others'. • How Busy Minds Build Better Businesses - Paul D. Lowe & Peter Shankman
    May 21 2025
On this episode of the SoulScape podcast, host Paul D. Lowe - International Celebrant – talks to Peter Shankman about how to use the opposite of being still, creating a space and quietening the mind, to build better businesses. KEY TAKEAWAYS I think there’s a place for zen and tranquillity but, for many people, that’s not the first place they would choose to go. I’m at my calmest when I’m at my most productive. The concept of how my brain works is the premise of “deep work”. When I’m put into a situation that allows me to focus on one specific thing, and only that one thing, I’m at my best by a factor of 100. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late-30s, growing up in public schools in New York, I’d be told to sit down because I was disrupting the class. There was no diagnosis at that point, I’d always be told by my parents to stop procrastinating and leaving everything until the last minute. What I realise know is that leaving everything until the last minute gives me the dopamine hit that I need to get it done. The problem with labels is that they tend to mis-label, they box people into one category, and people rarely fit into one category. Simply saying you’ve been “diagnosed” – people get diagnosed with cancer. Having a neurodiverse brain means you’re faster, you can do things that other people can’t, as long as you know how to use your brain. I don’t consider that a diagnosis – you’re not diagnosed with winning the lottery! Everything I’ve done, whether it’s been a success or a failure, has been a way to learn from it. I want to work with people who learn and understand that it’s perfectly OK to screw up – it’s supposed to happen. The only downside is not learning from your screw ups, as long as you’re learning you’re fine. BEST MOMENTS ‘Studies say that when you’re interrupted, it takes upwards of 22 minutes to get back onto that flow state of work. So, if you get interrupted once an hour, you’re only productive for 20 minutes out of the hour'. ‘Some people who procrastinate do it because it benefits them; it makes their work stronger and more productive'. ‘I’m focused on helping kids understand that just because they have a different brain doesn’t mean they’re broken, it means they’re gifted. If they understand that at an early age it’ll save them a lot of trouble'. ‘You have to learn how to stop giving a fuck about what other people say'. ABOUT THE GUEST Peter Shankman is a top keynote speaker in marketing, social media, customer service, and neurodiversity in the workplace. The New York Times has called Peter “a rock star who knows everything about social media, and then some.” He is a 6x bestselling author, entrepreneur and corporate in-person and virtual keynote speaker, focusing on neurodiversity in the workplace and customer experience. With three start-up launches and exits under his belt, Peter is recognized worldwide for radically new ways of thinking about the customer experience, social media, PR, marketing, advertising, ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and the new Neurodiverse Economy. https://www.Shankman.com ABOUT THE HOST Despite a painful, traumatic childhood, Paul D.
