A fantastic science-based podcast about health

I am a health professional myself and love this podcast. It is backed by science, helpful, practical, entertaining, and the narrator has a great, calm voice and warm manner. I love hearing about great new research from all aspects of Lifestyle Medicine - nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress reduction, social connectedness, purpose & meaning, self-awareness, changing habits. There are some great episodes about keeping your immune system healthy and strong - in order to decrease risk of serious COVID, for example. Many episodes also have a short relaxation exercise at the end that I do rather enjoy. Five stars and highly recommended!
