Tottenham and Liverpool face off in the 5.30pm kick off in the Premier League on Saturday, in a match-up where both managers find themselves under pressure. Spurs sit in 11th place in the Premier League table but they are only four points off the European spots. The North Londoners had put together a three-game unbeaten run before last week’s 3-0 loss at Nottingham Forest. The performance was so incredibly poor, it immediately put Thomas Frank’s future back in the spotlight.

Arne Slot is probably a little more secure at Liverpool after winning the title last season but his position remains precarious. Mohamed Salah’s departure for AFCON could be a blessing in disguise in the weeks ahead but it does add to a selection headache Slot has for this weekend at least.
