  • Episode 2 - Grant Hanley's Dirt on Steve Clarke
    Jun 23 2022

We're back! Martyn is joined by Andrew Stones, Craig Bootman, & soon to be departing Jimmy Galbraith to discuss Giants humbling 10-0 defeat to Denny Warriors, a more respectable 8 a side loss 4-0 to Glasgow Wellington, a brilliant 6-5 comeback win against Falkirk, also 8 a side and the 9-7 victory over Carron Huskies. The lads then dive into why it's Shite Being Scottish, question what information Grant Hanley has on Steve Clarke and ponder Clarke In or Clarke Out. We wrap up the discussion by previewing games against Rangers FFIT 8 a side, the first Edinburgh derby vs Corstorphine Dynamo and take a look forward to the HeavyW8's tournament.

  • Episode 1 - "Is his first name Chris?!"
    Jun 2 2022

This is the first episode of Sitting on the Sofa with Giants, with Adian Broadwood, Craig Hall and hosted by Martyn Rollo Rose. In this episode, we give an introduction to what Edinburgh Giants FC are, how each of us became involved in playing for the Giants and what we feel we've got from it so far. We each then talk about how the teams we support have fared in the last season, sharing in the misery. Finally - a review of Edinburgh Giants vs Glasgow Titans thrilling 6-6 draw, in which the Giants prevailed on penalties and preview the match against Denny Warriors in which we make some bold claims about how we think the match would go (which may or may not have turned out to be utter nonsense.)

Contains explicit content and all views expressed are the views of the individuals on the podcast and not of Edinburgh Giants FC.
