 Recently, while waiting at the doctor's office, I was struck by a sign that read, "Our clinic is a healing environment. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated." This sign, with its bold letters and explicit warnings, made me ponder the state of our society. Have we reached a point where even in a place meant for healing, we must be on guard against violence and harassment? What has led us to this juncture?
