Dorian Carter is the CEO of OnPointe Partners, a Commercial Real Estate Investment Advisory and Consulting firm. Mr. Carter brings years of business and executive level experience in commercial real estate focusing on investing and redevelopment of communities. He started in real estate as a home flipper where he gained a strong desire to transform communities. Mr. Carter serves on the City of Charlotte Water Advisory Board and is Chairman of Advanced Community Development Corporation.
Gary L. Smith has over 40 years of real estate investment and business development experience. In 2002, Mr. Smith founded Business Consultants International, Inc., a business consulting and real estate investment firm. The company provides business development, counseling, advisory services and assistance to non-accredited investors, with an interest of investing in commercial real estate, through its subsidiary Black Swan Capital. In 2014, he was appointed Associate member of the Net lease Properties Group. His area of expertise in Single Tenant Net Lease Investment Real Estate, earned him the newly created, “Rookie of the Year” Award in 2012.
