About this listen

In today's episode, I'll discuss how to transition from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. By embracing difficulties, persevering through obstacles, and learning from feedback, a growth mindset can help you accomplish personal growth.

Do you ever tell yourself that you can't possiblly do something?

Do you ever look at others and wish you could do the things they can?

Do you ever try anything once or twice and quit up because it seems too difficult?

That is what is known as a fixed mindset; you do not enable yourself to evolve or overcome obstacles.

In this episode, I will provide you advice on how to Unlock Personal Growth: Shifting from a Fixed Mindset to a Growth Mindset

Quote: Japanese proverb “Nana korobi ya oki” which translated means 'Fall down seven times, get up eight'. The proverb speaks to the Japanese concept of resilience and the 'insistence' that no matter how many times you get knocked down, you must get up again.
